Westcountry Payroll Limited is a small, long-established bureau with friendly and experienced staff. We can relieve you of the burden of operating your payroll and allow you to concentrate on your business.

Payroll is becoming more and more complex, time-consuming and expensive to update. Many businesses are now outsourcing this function and Westcountry Payroll has many years of expertise in meeting this demand. We currently provide payroll support for over 250 businesses from all sectors. These clients have staff numbers ranging from one to well over a hundred employees.

Not only is our service comprehensive, it is also very cost effective! We agree our charges with each client individually based on their particular requirements. We are confident that when you consider all the many hidden costs associated with operating your own payroll (availability of staff cover, technical aspects, IT equipment maintenance, stationery procurement, staff training costs and ongoing software update costs) you will appreciate the value for money that our service delivers.

You can choose to have your payroll processed weekly, fortnightly, four weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually.

You can advise us of your payment details by fax, email, post or telephone.

We normally process and return your payroll to you the same day by first class mail. We can email payslips and reports for you to check if you prefer.

You can choose from open or security payslips showing a detailed breakdown of the payments made. We provide a number of reports (including analysis reports to assist with updating your management accounts) and let you know what payments need to be made to HM Revenue & Customs each month. We deal with all your payroll-related paperwork.

With your authority we can arrange for your employees to be paid by Autopay, Telepay or other electronic means.

We submit your year-end returns online and provide you with P60s for your employees.
