About Our Services

When providing outsourced payroll services, we like to keep things as simple as possible at Westcountry Payroll. Our focus is on freeing up your time so that you can concentrate on what you do best. With a brief telephone call, email or fax we can establish your business payroll needs and we will be able to get your payroll up and running.

Step 1

You provide us with gross salary details for the pay period. This can be arranged by email, fax or telephone:

Step 2

Once your outsourced payroll service will be set up and we will provide you with:

  • Payslips for each employee
  • Payroll reports you require including an employee net pay listing
  • Assistance with HM Revenue & Customs’ payroll inspections
  • Unlimited telephone payroll support between 8.30 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday

We also process Construction Industry Subcontractor Returns for a number of our clients.
